
Bakara “ti Punch”
A classic rooted in Haiti’s culture suited for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Bakara Réserve Spéciale
1 oz. Bakara Grenadya
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. sugar syrup
1 oz. orange juice
3 splashes of cinnamon fill
METHOD
Add Bakara Réserve Spéciale and Bakara Grenadya in a lowball glass
Add lemon juice, sugar syrup and orange juice
Stir well
Add the splashes of cinnamon fill
Garnish with an orange slice for an exotic touch
Served with ice
